Patrick is the Faculty Director of the Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an adjunct professor at the law school. He also lectures at the Interdisciplinary Center for Law and Information Technology of the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
Patrick has published a number of articles in law journals.
