Technology Law. PSR lawfirm provides legal advice on various matters involving telecommunications, ranging from telecommunications site placement, land use and regulation, to consulting on general matters of operating a technology business. Patrick has managed the placement of more than 1700 wireless communications sites worldwide, and has dealt with various project management and land use matters in locations ranging from Rio de Janeiro to Montreal, from Prague to New Jersey, and, of course, at home in Colorado.

Private International Law. PSR lawfirm advises clients in matters of private international law. Patrick is fluent in Spanish, French and German, and has managed start-up and shut-down operations of various companies in Colorado, Mexico, Germany, Belgium, and other locations.

Pro Bono. PSR lawfirm provides periodic pro bono representation of immigration and consumer law matters. Patrick has prepared cases on political asylum, and has represented indigent citizens in various matters.
